Overview: Our program is split into two types of work: bounties and projects.

<aside> 🎯 Bounties (█) - One-off, tightly scoped, often single-player work.

Bounties are open to anyone and may the most aligned submissions be rewarded. Submit at your own risk

Open bounties can roll over to the next epoch.

<aside> 👥 Projects (█) - are longer duration, collaborative, and/or more complex work.

Projects are open for anyone to submit interest but will be looped in based on project demands.

Projects can last multiple epochs and are not expected to be added mid-epoch.

Workstream leads will review and assign you the bounty if they find alignment in your work

<aside> 👥 Getting Involved in Projects

Show your interest in any project/stream by filling out this form and a lead will get back to you.

Once selected for a specific project, you will get onboarded into an-invite only Notion and Dework workspace as well as being added to the workspace channel in Discord

These three tools are where you stay up to date on projects and collaborate with the rest of the project team

Dework will be used to track and suggest tasks and bounties within your project and a source of truth for the work you’ve completed

Notion will be a HUB for all documentation relating your project. If using other documenting tools be sure to link them in the respective Notion space

Discord is used for a method of communication amongst your project team

<aside> 🎯 Bounty Rewards

At the end of each EPOCH bounty rewards will be sent out through Dework to accepted bounty submissions

<aside> 👥 Project Rewards

At the end of each epoch, your Dework profile will act as a source of truth or “portfolio” for the work you’ve completed in the the given epoch that will be visible by your fellow project peers and workstream leads.

Using your Dework profile and Coordinape, you’ll then self-evaluate everyone’s contributions to collectively allocate tokens to each other.
